4 Great Exercises Using Kiana Fitness Tubing
Aloha everyone! I love training with Fitness Bands. I've used these forever and love them! I've used them on Kiana's Flex Appeal, and in my personal life! They are ideal for all levels and can be tossed in your gym bag or suitcase!
Here are 4 terrific exercises you can do with Fitness Tubing at home or in the gym. Stay fit!
4 Great Exercise Tubing Exercises:
- Full Body Lunge & Lift: Stand on the band with your left foot, hold the other end with your right hand. Keeping your shoulders retracted and abs tight, exhale as you step back with your right foot so that your upper and lower leg are at a 90 degree angle. Raise your right arm at the same time. Repeat 15 reps. 3 sets. Each leg.
- Fitness Band Arm Curls: Stand on the Band, feet shoulder width, knees slightly bent. Grasp the Band with palms forward. Keeping your elbows tight next to your waist, exhale as you curl the Band upward, hold a beat and return to start. 15 reps. 3 sets.
- Core Kicks: Stand on the band with your right foot, knee slightly bent to protect the lower back. Hold the other end of the band with your right hand, arm overhead. Exhale as you contract your abs, raising your left foot in front of your midsection. Repeat 15 reps. each leg. 3 sets.
- Curtsy Raises: Hold the Kiana Fitness Band in your right hand. Stand on the band with your left foot. Keeping you shoulders retracted and core tight, exhale as you step back and to the side (like a curtsy) behind your left foot as you raise your right arm. 15 reps each leg. 3 sets.
