Q: Does flat rate shipping apply to all items?
A: No. Flat rate shipping applies to photographs, DVDs and clothing only. Gear, equipment and heavier items require additional surcharge. Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with cost-effective shipping options.

Q: I am interested in Kiana's Online Training Program. How do I found out more information about it?
A:  Great question! We have Members around the world getting fit with Kiana's Training, please click here to be redirected to the Kiana Training Website.

Q: What is the EGym referral program?
A: We will pay you $10 for every friend of yours who signs up for Kiana's Online Training. It's our new Get a Friend Fit Program. Earn some $ and help your friends and family get fit. Simply tell your friends and family about Kiana's eGym @ http://egym.kiana.com and have them put your name in the "Who Referred You?" section. When they sign up, we'll send you $10.

Q: How do I enter the Kiana Transformation Contest?

A: Simply sign up for the Online Training Gym and / or purchase the Kiana Fitness Training Guides. Take your "before" photo on Day 1 and every month for 3 months.  At the end of 90 days, send us your photos.  Winners will receive cash, prizes and 6 months free online training with Kiana.  Click here

A:  We have Kiana's Flex Appeal HD shows on Kiana's Official Website here

Q: I am new to working out and would like to order some of Kiana's shirts in larger sizes. How do I do this?
A:  Good news! Due to popular demand, we are producing a wider selection of motivational shirts to accommodate larger sizes and for people who want a looser fit.

Q: I purchased an a downloadable item but didn't receive an email with my download link. What do I do?
A: This usually means there was an error in the email address entered. Please email your full name and email address to sales@kiana.com and we will have this resolved in 1-3 business days.

Q: I purchased the wrong downloadable item :( How can I exchange it for the correct one?
A: Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we do not allow exchanges. We can offer you a discounted price on the correct item, if you contact us immediately after you make the incorrect purchase.

Q: The eBook or downloadable item doesn't include the information I was hoping for. Can I get a refund?
A: All autographed items, eBooks and digital items are final sale, with no returns allowed. If you find that you are unsatisfied with the product, we would love to chat with you to find out more. Please contact us at sales@kiana.com

Q: Is it a hardcopy book / When will I receive my book in the mail?
A: All of Kiana's training guides, recipes, workout downloads and nutrition books are available worldwide. These are eBooks and digital items that are downloadable, which means they are all digital products and are delivered via email. These are not hard copy books. However, you are more than welcome to print your copy after purchase.

Q: Are any of the eBooks available in another language?
A: At the moment all of our books are written only in English. Stay tuned though! We hope to release books in a few different languages in the next few months. If there is a specific language you would like to request, please email us at sales@kiana.com
